Spa Energie-Forme is where you can unwind, relax, and start feeling good 
about yourself. We offer two sectors of activity; one dedicated to the spa, massage and 
body care, and one focused on weight loss programs in our Clinic sponsored by Ideal 
Protein.  
 
Our approach is tailored to people looking to improve their quality of life, whether with a 
relaxing massage, recovery from an injury, or a weight loss program. At Spa Energie-Forme, the whole team works together and cares about who you are as a person, what you want to achieve, and - most importantly - how you want to do it. We guide you through your journey with a personalized plan tailored only to you.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER 

Luc Godbout has always been passionate about his massage therapist profession. With 20 years of experience, he customized his company into a diverse sanctuary with his clients' best interests in mind. ​
 
Knowing that a good physical condition and healthy eating habits are the basic elements of good health, he decided to combine two of his greatest passions and make them a crucial part of Spa Energie-Forme. By understanding the importance of caring for one's body and mind, he became an ambassador for massage therapy and mental health, which helps him stay motivated and keep his clients happy. 
 
A leading example since his youth, Luc always knew how to surround himself with the right people, and he achieved that again when choosing his team. He holds great pride 
in the team he works with and shares his company's goals with.
